Beef spicy stir fry with noodles Stir fry is so simple and easy to make, as you use just one pan.


  • 2 Pak Choi coarsely cut
  • 1 Big red pepper thick slices
  • 2 Carrot finely slices
  • 1 Big onion coarsely cut
  • 3 Tbs of thick sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs Sambal oelek
  • Black pepper and salt
  • 1 Pound of meat cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
  • 2 cloves of garlic, very thinly sliced
  • 2 Spring onions finely chop
  • 2 Tbs oil of your choice
  • 1 Tbs rice wine
  • 300 Grams pine egg noodle


  • 1Bring a large pot of water and bring to boil. Cook noodles for 2-3 minutes
  • 2Rinse and drain under cold water and set aside
  • 3Heat 1 tbs oil in the pan on high heat
  • 4Stir fry the beef for 1 to 2 minutes acordingly until they are a bit brown but a little juicy inside
  • 5Wipe the pan clean. Then heat another 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat
  • 6Add in the onion, garlic and fry for 20 seconds and then add in the carrots and continue to stir fry for a minute.
  • 7Add in the remaining vegetables and stir fry
  • 8When the vegetables are tender, turn heat on high and add the meat
  • 9Mix the soy sauce, rice wine and sambal oelek well and add to the meat and vegetables
  • 10Add salt and pepper for taste
  • 11Mix the noodles in the stir fry and enjoy
